Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in receiving and processing invoices for multiple business areas
- check_circleHelp manage and update the vendor listing including payment terms and methods
- check_circleLearn to assess vendor use tax requirements and apply appropriate judgments
- check_circleAid in reconciling store bank accounts monthly
- check_circleRecord journal entries for daily operations and assist with month-end closing procedures
- check_circleParticipate in month-end close activities including reconciling balance sheet accounts
- check_circleHelp organize and maintain financial documents for safekeeping
- check_circleCoordinate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation
