Our Commercial Mortgage and Real Estate Investments team is a vital part of this mission, managing a $17 billion commercial mortgage portfolio and driving the annual origination of $2 billion in commercial mortgage investments.

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Director to join our Loan Production team. In this position, you will provide experienced support to the team while growing your responsibilities in both credit analysis and new business development. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to underwrite new commercial real estate loans, draft term sheets, and present investment recommendations to the Managing Directors and Head of Real Estate.

The role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will serve as a business liaison throughout the loan closing process, negotiate loan applications with legal counsel, and support portfolio management through surveillance and special servicing requests. You will also travel independently for due diligence and business development within your assigned geographic territory, engaging with mortgage banking relationships to drive growth.

Requirements
