About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Site Based Facilities Maintenance Technician in the Indianapolis, IN area to help serve our customers in the region. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy a hands-on approach to keeping facilities running smoothly.
You will perform general building maintenance, including timely on-demand repairs and scheduled maintenance. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting general building repair issues, completing work in skilled areas like light electrical and plumbing, and supporting small projects. You will also conduct periodic safety inspections, maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, and manage truck stock and inventory. A key part of this role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, including participation in client meetings.
Schedules are generally between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, with occasional on-call rotation duties shared throughout the team. This position includes a company vehicle to support your work in the field.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening, and possess a valid driver's license.
