About the Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will direct heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations. You will evaluate current and future projects, examine facility needs, and identify equipment to increase efficiency. Your day will involve analyzing systems and load requirements to determine setback modes for energy reduction, ensuring the functioning of facility systems, and developing standard operating procedures. You will also establish facility maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance programs, overseeing the execution of sustainability initiatives to meet Environmental Protection Agency compliance programs.
