About the Role

Peraton is seeking a Facilities Specialist Lead to ensure the operational integrity of the Global Cyber Center (GCC). In this role, you will be the steward of the building's health and safety standards, managing the day-to-day maintenance of facilities, grounds, and equipment. You will lead a team of on-site technicians, laborers, and contractors, overseeing the execution of preventative maintenance programs for critical systems including plumbing, HVAC, roofs, and fire protection.

Your day-to-day involves reviewing and prioritizing work orders, managing inventory for critical spare parts, and optimizing the use of a computerized management system. You will also play a strategic role in developing long-range maintenance plans, writing RFPs, analyzing quotes, and negotiating contracts. Success in this position requires balancing technical oversight with strong interpersonal skills to coordinate central maintenance activities that may impact production and to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
