As a Maintenance Mechanic at our Pear Street location, you will be the backbone of our production floor, ensuring machinery and facility equipment operate at peak efficiency. You will troubleshoot and repair complex systems, fabricate replacement parts, and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. This role requires a versatile technician capable of handling electrical, plumbing, heating, and roofing repairs, as well as operating precision tools like lathes, milling machines, and welders. Whether adjusting machines beyond the operator's scope or maintaining hydraulic and gas line controls, your work directly supports our mission to power the future of sustainable transportation.
