As a Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick yet thorough manner. You will carry out your responsibilities through close coordination with the Production Foreman, ensuring every vehicle receives the attention it deserves. This role is integral to our cooperative team-based approach, where you will perform thorough checks on customer vehicles, identify potential repairs, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the service area.

1+ years of Automotive Service Technician experience (or Tire/Oil Change). ASE Certification and/or trade school certification. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Subaru (or multi) brand experience. Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to follow directions, willingness to learn, and mentor teammates. Respect for teammates and positive outlook.
