About the Role
As a Service Technician, you will be the backbone of our service department, performing repairs with efficiency while strictly adhering to dealership policies and manufacturer specifications. Your day will involve diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex vehicle systems—including engines, transmissions, electrical components, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
You will utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test-drive vehicles and evaluate components. A key part of your role involves collaborating directly with our Service Advisors to ensure customers are well-informed about any additional services needed and providing accurate time estimates for repairs. We value a positive, friendly attitude and a customer service mentality, looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can effectively learn new technologies and repair procedures.
Hiring Process
To join our team, please submit your application highlighting your experience. We offer sign-on bonuses for candidates with 5+ years of Service Technician experience. While ASE certifications are not required, they are appreciated, as are A-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
