This position is designed to support fleet technicians in maintaining the safety, reliability, and cost-efficiency of our vehicle fleet. The role focuses on learning and performing quality preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to prevent breakdowns, reduce vehicle downtime, and ensure total fleet reliability. You will work to ensure that all equipment meets DOT regulations and is roadworthy before being released back to operations, prioritizing the safety of personnel and the fleet above all else.
The role involves collaborating with management to create prioritized work schedules that balance operational needs with preventive maintenance compliance. You will be an integral part of a team that ensures our fleet operates smoothly, allowing us to continue delivering high-quality service to our customers.
