As a Class B Diesel Mechanic Technician on the 3rd shift, you will play a vital role in supporting America's food distribution system. This position focuses on performing preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty trucks, trailers, reefer units, and converter dollies with minimal supervision. You will ensure all equipment complies with State and Federal trucking regulations and is deemed 'roadworthy' before deployment. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and professional communication, as you will interact with co-workers to answer questions accurately and in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for road call services as needed, ensuring the fleet remains operational and efficient.
