About the Role
We are seeking career-minded, positive, and goal-oriented team members to join our front desk operations. This position serves as the hub of patient interaction, responsible for checking patients in and out, managing the schedules for hygienists and doctors, and handling phone communications. The role also involves presenting treatment plans to patients and collecting copays, ensuring the front desk team meets its goals efficiently.
