We are seeking Experienced Registered Nurses (Levels I-III) for our Labor & Delivery department at Oklahoma Children's Hospital. This role is designed for nurses who are ready to model our core values while delivering safe, competent, and compassionate patient care. Whether you are a novice advancing to a competent practitioner or an experienced professional, you will work under general supervision to manage assigned patients, monitor physiological data, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians on examinations and treatments.
In this position, you will be responsible for documenting patient responses, resolving complaints in accordance with policy, and ensuring families are informed of care plans and procedures. You will also delegate tasks to clinical support staff as needed and actively participate in developing a professional career plan aligned with enterprise-wide metrics. The role requires a strong ability to advocate for patients, maintain compliance with regulatory standards, and engage in constructive conflict management.
