This Registered Nurse position is available at levels I, II, or III, depending on your experience and education. You will work the night shift (7p-7a) in the Neonatal ICU, providing specialized care to newborns. As an RN, you will model our core values in your work output and interactions with employees and patients. You will assume responsibility for an assigned patient or group of patients, documenting responses to interventions and monitoring physiological data. Your role involves collaborating with physicians, administering medications, initiating IV infusions, and delivering patient care safely and competently. You will also be responsible for resolving patient complaints, informing families of care plans, and making necessary referrals. We encourage a growth mindset through mentorship, coaching, and maintaining professional certifications to perpetually develop your skills.
