We are seeking Experienced Registered Nurses for our Pediatric Emergency Department to work the night shift. Positions are available at Levels I, II, or III, tailored to your experience and education. In this role, you will provide the highest quality of care to patients facing health problems ranging from simple to complex. You will model the OU Health Way by living our core values in every interaction with employees and patients.
As a member of our team, you will assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients, documenting responses to interventions, administering medications, and initiating intravenous infusions. You will collaborate with physicians during examinations, monitor physiological data, and resolve patient complaints in a timely manner. Beyond clinical duties, you will foster a growth mindset by seeking mentorship, remaining open to coaching, and maintaining professional certifications to perpetually develop your skills.
