Experienced Dialysis Patient Care Technician

About the Role

The Experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as a vital partner to registered nurses in delivering dialysis treatment to patients with End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). In this role, you will not only perform intermediate clinical duties but also recommend dialysis plans for ultrafiltration and reinforce patient education initiated by licensed nurses. You will work within a clinic environment that adheres to strict federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring every patient receives safe and compassionate care.

Schedule and Expectations

This position requires a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients. You will typically work 3–4 days per week, with a minimum of two Saturdays per month. Shifts can begin as early as 4:00 AM, and you must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. While hours may vary during the training period, you can expect to work between 32–40 hours per week once established.
