This role serves as the cornerstone of our amenity spaces, ensuring smooth and efficient operations that enable us to deliver the highest level of customer service to our residents and clients.

As an Experience Manager, you will be the face of our amenity space, responsible for implementing short and long-range objectives while overseeing all functions and activities. Your mission is to administer company policies and procedures with a passion for delivering superior service. You will act as the primary liaison between residents, building management, and ownership, ensuring a collective, smooth effort in providing excellent hospitality.
In this role, you will foster a positive, motivating environment for your team while managing the day-to-day rhythm of the facility. From coordinating complex social events and fitness programs to maintaining strict safety and compliance standards, you will ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of luxury living. You will also serve as a key point of contact for residents, guiding them through concierge services, move-in processes, and private amenity rentals.
