Egg Works and the Egg & I Family Restaurants are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the operational continuity and safety of our 9 locations.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be the backbone of our facilities, responsible for all upkeep and repair duties across our properties. Your day-to-day involves identifying the need for repairs, responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner, and servicing company equipment. You will perform a wide range of tasks including painting, tiling, cleaning facilities, and managing major maintenance repairs. Additionally, you will provide preventative maintenance on company equipment and offer support and guidance to our restaurants on maintaining their specific machinery.
Success in this role requires outstanding problem-solving abilities, skillful hands, good physical stamina, and strong technical knowledge. You must be able to take direction and work well with others to keep our locations running smoothly.
Candidates must possess at least 5+ years of maintenance experience to be considered for this position. The selection process includes a background check and verification of a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
The starting compensation is $20-$30 per hour, depending on experience. An evaluation will be conducted after a 90-day probation period.
