The Expanse Education Pharmacist serves as a vital link between clinical expertise and digital implementation. You will be part of a team dedicated to developing, delivering, and maintaining learning programs that support the use of Expanse in the Medication Management space. Your work will empower corporate, division, and facility executives and clinicians to effectively utilize these tools.
In this role, you will act as an education subject matter expert for the Medication Management portion of the Expanse project. You will collaborate closely with the Expanse Director of Pharmacy Education to coordinate and lead training initiatives for facility and COE pharmacists. Your day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on support, utilizing a blended learning approach that includes live onsite training, live virtual sessions, and web-based solutions.
Beyond training development, you will provide critical implementation support. This includes managing cut-over and go-live activities, offering "at-the-elbow" support during pharmacy transitions, and delivering post-go-live education. You will also engage in workflow reviews, change control support, and the development of peripherals for future implementations, ensuring a seamless integration of technology into clinical workflows.
