About the Role
As an Executive Recruiter, you will join a dynamic team focused on both the candidate and the client. In this vital role, you will manage both sides of the desk, executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. You will need to balance a sense of urgency with a focus on existing clients while identifying new opportunities, interviewing candidates, and matching them with dream organizations and careers.
Your Journey

During NCT, you will receive support, coaching, and guidance from your Training Manager and colleagues in a virtual classroom setting. After graduating from NCT, you will have the flexibility to work from home or in a hybrid model environment. You will maintain strong connections with your manager and team while working autonomously and safely.
