The Executive Protection Agent will provide for the welfare, physical protection, and security of a high-profile client by performing armed and/or unarmed executive protection assignments. You will represent Pinkerton's core values while ensuring the safety of the client and their family during domestic and/or international assignments.
In this role, you will operate as a vital part of a team dedicated to proactive security. Your day will involve leading counter-surveillance operations, performing protective advance planning, and conducting threat vulnerability assessments. You will manage the delicate balance between meeting client requests and maintaining strict safety protocols, often requiring rapid decision-making in high-pressure situations.
You will be responsible for transporting clients and family members using evasive and defensive driving tactics, de-escalating tense situations, and responding to emergencies with medical operations as needed. Success in this position requires maintaining composure under urgency, interacting effectively across diverse cultures, and upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professional demeanor.
