About the Role

This hybrid position is based in our Waltham, MA office, with onsite work required three days a week. The Executive Director will lead two critical areas: Due Diligence and Regional Ecosystem Engagement. This role is responsible for shaping strategies that accelerate external innovation, optimizing due diligence processes across therapeutic areas, and strengthening CSL's presence in key innovation hubs globally.

You will lead a team of Regional Ecosystem Leads embedded in key innovation hubs to represent CSL and source innovation aligned with therapeutic area strategies. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining strong local relationships and amplifying CSL's priorities at universities, incubators, accelerators, VCs, and local organizations. You will partner closely with Search Therapeutic Area Leads to conduct regional searches, plan engagements and conferences, and share regional insights. Additionally, you will organize and represent CSL at local innovation events, such as CSL Boston Innovation Day, to strengthen visibility and partnerships.
