The Executive Director of Supply Chain serves as a strategic leader responsible for the daily operations of all supply chain functions within Mercy Communities. This role is pivotal in supporting the Unified Supply Chain efforts by recommending and developing process improvement initiatives that integrate supply chain services with the hospital's primary functions.
In this position, you will work closely with Senior Leadership, Mercy Strategic Supply Chain, and local facility leadership to implement policies, assess performance, and ensure the ongoing education of team members. You will be expected to demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional care, making timely decisions in the best interest of patients and the community, and driving financial results through effective execution and strategic relationship building.
This position is located at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, MO.
