About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to oversee one of our homes and make a meaningful impact every single day. As the Administrator, you will lead the overall operations of your home with three key priorities: ensuring the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of residents; providing leadership, development, and support to your staff; and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home.
In this role, you are not just managing a facility; you are creating a community where residents feel valued and staff feel supported. Your leadership will directly shape the lives of those you serve, from evaluating and admitting prospective residents to building strong community relationships that maintain occupancy.
