Within the Consumer & Community Bank (CCB), the Risk Modeling team is a critical engine for the organization. As the Executive Director Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff, you will serve as a trusted thought partner to the Head of CCB Risk Modeling and the leadership team. This role is designed to drive operational excellence, execute strategic initiatives, and ensure the team's success through seamless collaboration across CCB Risk and partner organizations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee day-to-day operational and administrative activities as Chief of Staff
- check_circleCompile business reviews, monthly updates, and respond to ad-hoc requests for senior members
- check_circleSupport planning of agendas for weekly leadership team meetings and coordinate offsite engagements
- check_circleCollect, organize, and maintain internal resources and documentation across collaboration sites
- check_circleTrack and manage follow-up items to ensure appropriate sequencing and timely completion
- check_circlePartner with HR, Strategy, and Controls to own and execute strategic initiatives
- check_circleFacilitate collaboration across business managers to execute strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes
- check_circleCommunicate and influence effectively with colleagues at all levels, including senior leaders
Requirements
- verified5+ years of relevant experience in business management, program management, analytics, management consulting, strategy, COO, or similar functions
- verified2+ Prior people-management experience
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
Knowledge of internally available LLM tools. Understanding of, or experience supporting, engineering and/or modeling functions. Familiarity with relevant technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks). Experience working within financial risk and/or technology organizations.
