The Executive Director serves as the visionary leader for perioperative services, overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care. This role exists to drive excellence in surgical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while optimizing departmental performance.
In this position, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, nurses, anesthesiologists, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The day-to-day involves collaborating with clinical leaders to enhance clinical pathways and protocols, managing complex operational functions like scheduling and budget allocation, and analyzing data to implement evidence-based solutions.
