We are a growing team of over 30 providers spanning eight medical specialties, including Pulmonology, Gastroenterology, Primary Care, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Oncology/Hematology, and Dermatology.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Revenue Cycle to lead and optimize the full revenue cycle across our organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end revenue operations, driving financial performance through data-driven insights, and partnering closely with executive leadership to strengthen reimbursement, compliance, and operational efficiency.\n In this position, you will serve as the bridge between financial strategy and clinical operations. You will manage payer relationships, drive responses to policy changes, and lead the technology strategy for our revenue cycle systems. Beyond the numbers, you will directly manage and develop the Business Office team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence while collaborating cross-functionally with Clinical, IT, Quality, and Finance teams.
