About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director to lead our senior living community with strategic vision and operational excellence. This role is the cornerstone of our daily operations, responsible for overseeing care, hospitality, dining, and activities while ensuring a safe and welcoming atmosphere. The Executive Director will act as the face of Old Main Village, partnering closely with residents and their families to uphold our core values.

In this position, you will drive quality improvement, manage financial sustainability, and cultivate a high-performing interdisciplinary team. Your day-to-day involves championing our mission, managing regulatory compliance, and leading community outreach to promote our community. You will be instrumental in shaping the resident experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to dignity and personalized care.
