In this position, you will manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community, ensuring that residents' healthcare needs are consistently met with respect and dignity. As the community's needs evolve, you will ensure quality care is delivered throughout all shifts.
This role requires a flexible approach to service delivery. You may need to assume the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements. You will assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training and education through classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Additionally, you will manage associate schedules and oversee the continuity of medication training, pharmacy management, and supervision.
