The RN Unit Manager serves as the clinical leader for a skilled nursing unit, shaping the care experience for residents and their families. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring staff, maintaining high clinical standards, and building strong relationships. You will provide oversight for the entire atmosphere of the unit, ensuring a positive, professional, and caring tone 24 hours a day.
In this position, you will work closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and frontline staff to foster a collaborative culture. Your day-to-day involves guiding the team through resident care planning, addressing clinical concerns, and ensuring that all nursing practices align with Homewood's protocols. You will act as a champion for clinical improvement programs while modeling work tasks consistent with our standards of nursing practice.
