This role is pivotal in defining the culinary direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving profitability for a portfolio generating over $5M in annual revenue. You will oversee kitchen leadership teams, manage large-scale banquet operations, and guide the organization through concept development and rebranding initiatives.
