HC-Resource is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead a culinary-driven concept where the menu is the center of the restaurant experience. We maintain a stellar reputation for providing quality food, superb beer selections, and exemplary customer service excellence. Our cozy bar provides an ideal setting for guests to gather and sip on a glass of wine or a delicious cocktail mixed fresh by our experienced bartenders.

About the Role

This role is for a leader with a passion for friendly people, made-from-scratch food, craft beer, and cocktails. As the Executive Chef, you will run great shifts and set the tone for a safe, fun, and clean environment where employees thrive and guests return. You will lead the restaurant team by example, setting high standards while delegating to and developing people to ensure they are set up for success.

Your day will involve analyzing financial and accounting reports to control expenses such as food cost, inventory, cash control, and payroll. You will manage employee relations by communicating effectively with staff using various approaches depending on the individual, while maintaining store conditions that meet or exceed company goals. Ensuring 95% or higher on government health inspections and maintaining adequate inventory levels—particularly for bottled beer and liquor—is essential to our operational success.
