Claudio is dedicated to enriching the lives of both guests and employees by creating a superior environment. Our success relies on a solid foundation of growth, cost controls, and a strong strategy encompassing marketing, public relations, and community outreach. We believe our employees are our most important resource; our ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience to every customer, every time, depends on creating and retaining a capable staff.
This position serves as a pivotal link between our operational excellence and client satisfaction. You will manage the full lifecycle of event coordination, from prospect identification and contract negotiation to the seamless execution of in-house and off-site functions. The role requires a strategic thinker who can customize selling approaches to meet specific meeting planner needs while ensuring fiscal responsibility and profitability.
In this capacity, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all correspondence, vendor contracts, and mass communications. You will coordinate complex event functions, overseeing everything from staging and traffic flow to food service and clean-up. A key part of your day involves collaborating closely with Executive Chefs to develop custom menus, running BEO meetings to align on details, and ensuring all financial goals are met through precise budgeting and invoice reconciliation.
Beyond event execution, you will drive business development by researching city-wide conventions, managing social media and graphics, and attending networking events to expand our database. You will also spearhead internal programs like Happy Hour and Concierge services, while maintaining collaborative relationships with key leadership and staff to ensure a unified approach to service.
Candidates selected for an interview will be invited to discuss their experience in event management and hospitality leadership. The process focuses on assessing your ability to handle multiple deadlines, your financial acumen, and your commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
Claudio is committed to working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds to support an inclusive and welcoming environment. We value the unique perspectives our team brings and strive to maintain a culture where every employee can thrive.
