Nutanix is seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Candidate Experience Specialist to support our Executive Recruiting team. This role is dedicated to delivering a white-glove, seamless, and highly confidential best-in-class experience for senior leaders joining the company.

The Opportunity

You will operate at the intersection of recruiting, executive stakeholders, compensation, legal, HR partners, and candidates. Your mission is to ensure precision, consistency, and an exceptional first impression of Nutanix as senior leaders transition from offer acceptance through their first days. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, high-stakes environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and brings rigor and calm to fast-moving executive searches.

About the Team

The Executive Recruiting team partners closely with Nutanix's executive leadership to attract and hire senior leaders who shape the company's strategy and culture. We operate with a high degree of trust, discretion, and precision, deeply committed to delivering a candidate experience that reflects Nutanix's values. As a core partner to this team, you will help scale excellent candidate experience and operational efficiency across executive hiring, offers, and pre-hire onboarding.

Work Arrangement

This position is primarily remote. While there is no specific in-office requirement, there may be circumstances where you are required to come into a local office for a specific purpose or travel to other locations based on business needs.
