About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO who revels in details and aspires to a long-term career within our expanding healthcare ecosystem. This is not just an administrative position; it is a strategic partnership where you will serve as the right hand to the CEO, acting as the face of the office both internally and externally.

Your office will be located directly next to the CEO, allowing for seamless collaboration. The role demands an exceptional communicator who thrives in constant motion, assessing, learning, and triaging tasks as priorities evolve. You will liaise with diverse internal teams—from marketing to accounts payable—and external contacts, ensuring that campaigns launch, meetings are scheduled, and payments are processed with precision.

As a key member of the team, you will be trusted with the highest level of confidentiality regarding our ongoing and new business partnerships. You will be comfortable navigating a dynamic environment that shifts between business formal for external events and business casual within the office. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys travel (1-2 times a month) and is prepared to be available when business needs arise outside of standard office hours.
