As an Executive Assistant II within the Federal Corporate Affairs division, you will serve as a vital liaison between executives, managers, and visitors. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a hybrid environment, reporting to our Washington, DC office for at least 60% of the work week while working remotely for the remainder.
You will be the right hand to the leadership team, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and preparing sensitive correspondence. Beyond administrative execution, you will support the operational functions of the department, assist in training subordinate staff, and help coordinate divisional meetings and company-wide events like Employee Appreciation Week. Success in this role requires acting with integrity, communicating effectively, and supporting organizational goals while working with diverse populations.
