Spring Health is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support key leaders in our New York office while helping create a seamless in-office experience for employees and visitors. This role will serve as a key operational presence in the office, supporting two of our C-Suite executives.
You will act as a trusted point of contact between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism, discretion, and urgency. Your day will involve coordinating complex scheduling across stakeholders, preparing leaders for upcoming meetings with agendas and briefing notes, and managing logistics for leadership forums and events. You will also arrange domestic and international travel, draft business documents, and process expenses. A key part of this role involves using AI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency across workflows, from drafting communications to summarizing meetings, ensuring that leaders stay informed and focused on high-impact work.
