About the Role

This full-time Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the organization's executive team, providing high-level administrative support that directly advances Bridges to Change's mission. The role is designed to remove administrative barriers, ensuring the executive leadership and board can focus on their core objectives. You will act as a primary point of coordination for executive operations, managing complex scheduling, facilitating board navigation, and fostering a cohesive work environment through proactive support.

In this position, you will serve as a liaison between executive leadership and the board, managing the BTC Board platform and ensuring seamless onboarding for new members. Your day-to-day involves anticipating operational needs, handling sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment, and acting as a proxy for the CEO in specific meetings. The role requires a trauma-informed approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with treatment participants, staff, and community partners in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

Working Environment

This position is based in a standard office reception setting within Bridges to Change treatment sites, requiring regular on-site presence during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM). The environment involves frequent interaction with diverse stakeholders, both in person and by phone. While the role is primarily administrative, it includes periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to move files and equipment up to 15 pounds. Flexibility is expected to meet program demands, with occasional evening, weekend, or holiday hours required based on job duties.

Hiring Process

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and must successfully complete a State ORCHARDS BCU background check. The organization is committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process, offering reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. If you require an accommodation to perform the essential duties of this job, please contact the Bridges to Change Human Resources Manager.

Our Culture & Commitment

Bridges to Change is an Equal Opportunity Employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. We value diversity, cultural responsiveness, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. We are committed to building partnerships with community members to identify shortcomings and improve outcomes, and we expect all employees to maintain high professional standards with clients, staff, and partners.
