The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a pivotal partner in the organization's mission, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer. This role is designed for a professional with exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and strategic advisor, ensuring the efficient operation of the CEO's office while coordinating critical Board and committee activities.
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison for executive leadership, managing complex calendars, drafting high-stakes communications, and preparing materials for strategic initiatives.
