About the Role

The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Office of the Chairman, President, and CEO. Working closely with the Sr. Executive Assistant, this role ensures seamless operations and alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The position demands strong judgment, impeccable organization, and clear communication to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As a key liaison among executives, board members, associates, and external stakeholders, you will act as the primary point of contact for calls and emails, triaging requests and drafting responses. Your day-to-day involves managing complex calendars across time zones, coordinating detailed travel logistics including in-house aviation, and supporting high-level board and executive meetings both onsite and offsite. You will also drive project support by building timelines, monitoring milestones, and ensuring the timely closure of commitments.
