The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the Office of the Chairman, President, and CEO. This role is designed to ensure seamless operations and alignment with the company's strategic objectives by working closely with the Sr. Executive Assistant. The position demands strong judgment, impeccable organization, and clear communication to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As a key liaison among executives, board members, associates, and external stakeholders, you will act as a gatekeeper and facilitator. Your day-to-day involves managing complex calendars across time zones, preparing executive-ready materials, and coordinating detailed travel itineraries. You will provide real-time support during travel, resolve issues promptly, and ensure the smooth execution of board and executive leadership meetings both onsite and offsite.
