TeleWorld Solutions is the strategic backbone for the world's most ambitious wireless networks. We are not just consultants; we are the engineers, designers, and problem-solvers that operators, OEMs, and tower giants trust to bring their boldest visions to life. Our playground is the invisible architecture of connection—from vast macro networks to the hyper-precise world of DAS, Small Cells, and Wi-Fi.
With a legacy of hundreds of thousands of successful implementations, we help our clients navigate the entire lifecycle of their network: from the first line of a design to the final optimization, and every critical decision about performance and value in between.
This position serves as the operational backbone for our leadership team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide strategic, high-level support to Vice President-level executives, ensuring seamless communication, coordination, and execution across organizational priorities. You will function as a gatekeeper for sensitive materials, a travel coordinator for global leadership, and a trusted source for administrative information and policy guidance.
In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive by maintaining professionalism with internal and external stakeholders at the highest levels. Your work ensures that our executives remain focused on their strategic vision while you manage the complex logistics that keep the organization moving forward.
TeleWorld Solutions values the dedication and expertise of our military community. We invite all veterans and veteran spouses with expertise in telecommunications to bring their skills to our team. We are committed to employing a diverse workforce and provide Equal Employment Opportunity for all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a protected veteran, genetic information, status as a qualified individual with a disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.
