About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will serve as a strategic leader within our sales organization, utilizing your honed skills as a local meeting planner to cultivate growth across a geographic territory, assigned hotel, or specific house accounts. This role is designed for a visionary who can seamlessly blend operational expertise with high-level sales acumen.

In this position, you will lead a dedicated sales team, including an Account Manager and a Program Design Associate. Your mission is to guide the entire lifecycle of our programs—from creating compelling proposals and developing strategies to securing contracts and executing flawless events. You will be the driving force behind building solid client relationships and ensuring the success of every initiative you oversee.
