About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise as a local meeting planner to cultivate sales within a specific geographic territory, assigned hotel, or designated House Accounts. This role is designed for a leader who thrives on turning vision into reality. You will guide a dedicated sales team, consisting of an Account Manager and a Program Design Associate, to create compelling proposals, develop strategies, and execute programs that drive success for our clients.
Your day will be defined by building solid client relationships and managing accounts from the initial proposal through final billing. You will act as the bridge between client needs and our operational capabilities, conducting site visits, reviewing proposals, and ensuring seamless communication with vendors and internal teams. Whether attending pre- and post-conference meetings or checking in daily during program operations, your focus will remain on the client's success and maintaining a professional presence in the marketplace.
