About the Role

This hybrid Event Producer role is based in or near Orlando, requiring an average of two days per week in the office. You will serve as the primary contact for clients during the pre-planning and operational phases of their programs, ensuring expectations are exceeded to promote satisfaction and account retention.

In this position, you will partner with the Sales team to review program details once an event is contracted. You will manage program changes, negotiate terms, and oversee the expected gross margin. Your day-to-day involves coordinating with suppliers, hotels, and venue representatives to ensure seamless execution, while also directing field staff assignments and managing their paperwork and training.

You will act as a bridge between creative vision and operational reality, assisting Experience Designers with program development and ensuring all logistical, financial, and legal documents are accurately processed. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask across multiple programs with varying deadlines while maintaining flexible hours to support weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
