About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pet Care Professional to join our team in East Greenwich and North Kingstown, RI. This role is ideal for someone who loves dogs and/or cats, enjoys the outdoors, and values being active. Whether you are experienced with dogs of various sizes and energy levels or have a background with cats and other small animals, your passion for animal welfare is what matters most.
In this position, you will visit clients' homes to care for their companions while they are at work or on vacation. Your day will involve walking and exercising dogs, providing bathroom breaks, offering love and attention, and potentially handling feeding, medication, and litter box maintenance. You will leave detailed notes for clients after each visit to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
This is a part-time or supplemental income opportunity with a flexible schedule. The position will start slowly, gradually increasing as you become a trusted part of our team. You will work independently with reliable communication skills, utilizing your own transportation and smartphone to manage assignments.
