About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pet Care Professional who loves dogs and/or cats and enjoys an active lifestyle. Whether you prefer the outdoors for dog walking or the quiet companionship of indoor care for cats and small animals, this role allows you to make a daily difference in the lives of others. You will be part of a supportive team that values flexibility, continuous learning, and the satisfaction of doing work you truly love.
In this position, you will visit clients' homes to care for their companions while they are at work or on vacation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include walking and exercising dogs, managing bathroom breaks, providing affection, and handling tasks such as feeding, medication administration, and litter box maintenance. You will also communicate with clients by leaving detailed notes after each visit to ensure transparency and peace of mind.
We offer two distinct scheduling options: a daytime position and an evenings/weekends role. The evening and weekend positions are ideal for those seeking part-time work or supplemental income. These roles typically start slowly, allowing you to build a client base gradually as your schedule fills up. We encourage individuals with backgrounds in veterinary technology, dog training, pre-vet studies, grooming, animal rescue, and animal care technology to apply.
