We are seeking an Estimator in Queens, NY, to provide critical estimating services for rail and civil construction projects. This role is designed to support the firm's mission of strengthening relationships and capabilities as a trusted resource. You will prepare and maintain project-level cost estimates representing the total project scope through various stages, utilizing estimating software to develop comparisons against received bids. Your work will involve performing site investigations, developing estimates for value engineering change proposal reviews, and supporting clients during contractor and engineering negotiations.
