Esport Coach

Keiser University's Daytona Beach campus is seeking a visionary Head Coach to lead its emerging ESports program. This role is designed to build a robust collegiate ecosystem that bridges club participation with competitive varsity athletics, fostering a culture of excellence and community engagement.

The Head Coach will serve as the primary spokesperson for the ESports program, representing Keiser University at regional, state, and national conferences. The position requires a leader who can articulate a clear vision for the program while managing the day-to-day operations of the ESports Lab and Arena. From coordinating fiscally efficient travel and recruitment to ensuring the facility remains a clean, safe, and sanitized environment for student-athletes, the coach will be the central figure in the program's growth.

This is a full-time opportunity requiring availability during days, evenings, and weekends. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the university and the broader ESports community, ensuring all activities align with NACE policies while providing an optimal gaming experience for students.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and possess 3-5 years of related experience, including competitive-level expertise in multiplayer online games such as League of Legends. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required for travel to events and recruiting purposes.
