About the Role

As the BIM Manager, you will serve as the Revit-focused member of the IT team and the firm's technical authority for Revit and associated modeling standards. This role is essential for supporting the Structural, Civil, and Environmental Engineering departments by developing, implementing, and maintaining firm-wide BIM and CAD standards. You will coordinate large, data-rich geospatial models across disciplines, ensuring seamless integration between structural analysis software and Revit models. The position requires close collaboration with engineers, designers, clients, and external consultants to drive the continuous improvement of BIM workflows.

Requirements

verifiedBachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field (or equivalent professional experience)
verifiedAutodesk Certified Professional (ACP) - Revit
verified5+ years of professional experience working with Revit and AutoCAD (including Civil 3D) in a structural, civil, and/or environmental engineering environment
verifiedProfessional Engineering License (PE) is a plus
