About the Role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. You will be expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at stores within a 15-mile radius of Store #708014, located at 1805 Lancaster DR NE, Salem, OR 97305. This is a full-time position.

Hiring Process

Step 3 – In-Store Interview Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team, and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
